Answers without the fine print

What to know before a trial, subscription, or purchase.

Fire2 is one product. Triggerpointed Apps is access to the growing toolkit. That distinction carries through licensing, prices, and downloads.

01 / Access

Trial, account, and downloads

How do I start a Fire2 trial?

Create a free Triggerpointed account, go to Downloads, and install the current macOS build. The trial runs for 14 days; your account keeps the download and license status together.

Why do I need an account?

The account connects trials, purchases, subscriptions, license keys, and protected downloads. It is also required for free downloads such as Gritifier.

Where do I find software after purchase?

Signed-in users find entitled builds and files on the Downloads page. Until the final JSFX packages are approved, their download links remain closed.

02 / Plans

Subscription means toolkit. Perpetual means Fire2.

What is included in Triggerpointed Apps?

Each subscription includes Fire2 in the selected tier plus its services, E-Rechnung credits, and JSFX access. Solo is 12 EUR, Studio 26 EUR, and Label 60 EUR per month. Studio is the recommended middle tier.

What does a perpetual Fire2 license include?

Fire2 in the selected tier only. Other Triggerpointed products, services, E-Rechnung credits, and JSFX are not included. Solo, Studio, and Label cost 79, 149, and 249 EUR once.

How many devices can I activate?

03 / Billing

Clear prices, Stripe Checkout

How do payment and billing work?

The shop displays prices from the product catalog and sends the selected Price to Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are completed separately so recurring access and ownership remain clear.

Is VAT shown?

Billing is in EUR. Under § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown. The notice appears in the shop and on the corresponding receipts.

Can I pay for a subscription and perpetual license together?

No. Stripe treats recurring and one-time Prices as different Checkout modes. Complete the subscription and one-time purchase separately.
